Ministry Overview
As a Pastoral Leadership Development team, we believe that sometimes, less is more. Therefore, we have focused our attention on three areas in which we hope will be able to make significant change in equipping pastors around the world.
In our experience with these pastors and through many conversations, we have heard and seen the needs for teaching, resource materials and discipleship mentoring. Therefore, we have narrowed the focus of our ministry to three areas: Pastor's Conferences, BookShare and Missionaries to Needy Pastors.

Pastors from USA, Canada and the United Kingdom sponsor and speak in conferences for equipping and encouraging needy pastors in Africa, Asia and Latin America. They team with ACTION missionaries and local leaders to provide sound theology and much needed Biblical teaching, educational resources and encouragement. Most conferences are one to three days and are free to the pastors and church workers as much as possible. Click on the picture to learn more about how you can partner with pastors around the world.
Many pastors and families live on less than $1 dollar a day. They are therefore not able to own basic ministry aids like a study bible, a concordance, or a commentary. Through ACTION's BookShare ministry, expensive materials are printed and distributed either free or at cost. For example, a recent BookShare three-book set in the Philippines valued at $30 dollars was published for only $5 dollars. They are many great examples of how we can support pastors around the world through BookShare.

ACTION PLD missionaries serve in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. These missionaries provide ongoing training for pastors through mentoring and discipleship, training, seminars and study materials. We are praying for 50 pastors to commit to going to the mission field to mentor and train pastors.
